Welcome to Rising Above Trauma ("the App"), operated by My F.O.C.U.S. LLC ("we," "our," or "us").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

· Path selection (Still In It, Just Left, or Rebuilding)
· Safety plan content
· Pattern map tracker entries including behaviors, frequency, feelings, safety ratings, and assailant information if voluntarily provided
· Growth tracker entries
· My Growth Journal entries
· Check-in responses and emotional status
· Course progress and certificate completion data
Device Information
· Device model
· Operating system version
· Unique device identifiers
· App version
Usage Information
· App interactions
· Feature usage
· Crash reports
· Diagnostic information
Information You Provide
· Content, notes, safety documentation, journal entries, and other information you choose to enter through the App.
Permissions Used by the App
Depending on functionality, the App may request permissions such as:
Notifications Used to send optional Daily Check-In Reminders and Safety Plan Nudges. User must explicitly opt in before any notifications are sent. Users can disable notifications at any time through Settings or device settings.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
· Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
· Personalize your experience based on your selected path
· Process and manage your subscription through RevenueCat
· Send optional notifications you have opted in to receive
· Improve app performance and fix technical issues
· Comply with legal obligations
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:
RevenueCat: Manages subscription payments for Survivor Shield and Survivor Rise plans. RevenueCat has access only to your subscription status and transaction data. RevenueCat does not have access to any personal content you enter in the App. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com.
Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing: Process subscription payments on their respective platforms. These services have access only to transaction data necessary to process payments.
Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to valid legal process we may disclose your information to the extent permitted by law.
Data Security
All data entered into Rising Above Trauma is encrypted and stored securely. Access to your personal data requires your login credentials. The App includes multiple safety features to protect your privacy including Quick Exit which immediately clears session data and exits the App, Discreet Mode which disguises the App to protect your privacy, and automatic session clearing when the App goes to background.
Data Retention
Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings screen in the App. Upon account deletion all your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
Rising Above Trauma is designed for users 17 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 17. If you believe a minor has provided personal information through this App please contact us immediately at Mildred@myfocusllc.com.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
· Access your personal data at any time through the App
· Correct inaccurate information
· Delete your account and all associated data
· Export your documented evidence records
· Withdraw consent at any time
· Opt out of push notifications at any time
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to know whether personal information is sold or disclosed, the right to say no to the sale of personal information, the right to access your personal information, and the right to equal service and price. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes we will update the effective date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
